Task Description
  • handling order entry as well as order processing
  • purchasing cargo space as well as cargo sale
  • maintaining contacts with customers and partners
  • cooperation and coordination with our other locations
  • support of the logistics department as well as processing files for respective offsets

Requirements
  • completed apprenticeship at a forwarding company or profound commercial training
  • basic professional experience in truck scheduling
  • proficient knowledge of English
  • knowledge of Croatian, Slovene, or Greek would be beneficial
  • knowledge of MS-Office
  • strong customer orientation and team-spirit
  • flexibility, commitment as well as resilience

Mandatory disclosure in accordance with §9 Abs 2 GlBG: With respect to the collective agreement the minimum salary for the offered position amounts to € 1635,-, based on full-time employment. We are also willing to raise the salary depending on qualification and experience.
